Our Christian Heritage – The Museum of Methodism,

 

Wesley House and Chapel

 

A guided tour which tells of the remarkable 18thcentury evangelical revival

  which sprang from the 16th century protestant reformation 

 

 

and shaped Britain’s political, spiritual and social history.

 

Saturday 25th March 2016, meeting up at the Chapel main entrance on

49 City Road, London, EC1Y 1AU for 1.00 pm.

 

 

Scotlands Cultural Heritage – Holyrood Palace & Abbey in Edinburgh

 

A tour through the ruins of Holyrood Abbey, founded by David I in 1128  

 

 

and Holyrood Palace State Apartments, the Queen’s official residence in Scotland,

 

furnished with numerous fine paintings and other works of art.

 

Saturday, June 24th 2017, meeting up at main entrance of Holyrood Palace

located at the bottom of the Royal Mile in Edinburgh for 1.00pm.

 

 

 

 

Our Christian Heritage – Llandaff Cathedral, Cardiff, South Wales

 

 

A guided tour of this historic place of worship which stands on one of the oldest

 

Christian sites in Britain and founded as a Christian community

 

in the sixth century by Dyfrig.
